89% of Growth Teams are lean—with 10 or fewer people (65% have 5 or fewer). Growth Leaders are doing more with less, driving efficiency through automation, AI, and verified data.

Pipeline Priorities

88% of Growth Leaders prioritize outbound/ABM, and 89% focus on inbound and paid programs. High-performing, multi-channel portfolios are key, with events (58%) and inbound (54%) as leading engines of pipeline.

AI Adoption

57% are implementing AI for focused, task-specific use cases—content creation, prospect research, and personalization. Workflow-level AI integration is still emerging, but more leaders are investing in pilots each quarter.

Data Vendor Challenges

Two-thirds are dissatisfied with their current GTM Data vendors, with an average rating of 6.1 out of 10. Top complaints: outdated contacts, slow enrichment, poor integration, and weak mobile/direct-dial coverage.

Pipeline Plans

61% plan to scale ABM and targeted outbound, 47% digital programs, and 44% outbound campaigns. Data quality, targeting, and AI automation round out the top growth initiatives for the next 12 months.
